A.All used cars are traded by "first Registration" inside Japan territory, but we can verify from given Vin No. on the car information sheet.

A. We do not provide this facility because of risks, especially the language used by auctions is Japanese only.

A. We list as per the auction name which is more or less irrelevant so that you can focus on finding the car you are looking for regardless of its current physical location.

A. We select only major auctions which provide real time biddings this way we do not charge bid placement fees from customers and the chances of a good deal is also more unlike tender auctions.

A.No, like UK and Australia Japanese cars are right hand drive steering but some models are re-imported from U.S.A or Europe so this is very limited market in Japan.

A. It is often the case that vehicles available in Japan are built to higher specification than those made locally in other countries. For example, virtually all-Japanese cars come with air conditioning, but more importantly the power output of Japanese vehicles is generally much higher than UK or other places.

A. Browser compatibily is an issue while designing a website structure and we try but some are beyond our reach because of changing technology. Nexusscars search database does not work well with old browsers such as ie5.5 or ie6

As a registered user, you enjoy the entire car-buying experience in complete privacy as governed by our Privacy Policy.

A. The only acceptable source of funding for the security deposit is payment via PayPal. Keep in mind that we do not accept credit card payments via PayPal for the purposes of the security deposit.

A. We need only cash telegraphic transfer within one week after acquiring the vehicle. We do not accept credit card payments and PayPal for the final payment.

A. Due to Paypal refund policy we cannot send cash to private parties through Paypal. We used paypal just like another customer to buy services or goods online.

A. We do not offer financing and neither accept money after shipment. Since due to the conditions set up by all Japan auctions it is imperative that you secure the necessary funds prior to participating in our advertised auto auctions.

A. If there is a time to communicate after inspection means that the application received 12Hrs. earlier will be entertained unless the car arrives at sale after 4 hours from the start time. We are unable to provide better time because we start office at 9.00AM sharp and arrange inspections for the day. The communication time should be calculated before making a request. We also provide free private inspection from few auctions

A. We do not provide online listing of all dealer auctions because some are virtually so small and not advertised on internet. Once we obtain your 10% security deposit, we will set off to acquire the car from the dealer auction on your behalf, where we will compete against other registered dealers. But the risks are that few dealers auctions do not provide inspection certificate and our guarantees are limited for such auctions.

A. The car auctions on our site end same day and be sure about Japan UTC/GMT+9Hrs. while making any requests online. However our database starts refreshing before three days of any auction. This is done to allow enough time to secure your bid with the 10% deposit.

A. Typically, we would notify you of the outcome of the auction the same day through emails also you can view results from our website for most major auctions.

A. No we don't know the regulation of your country regarding this. We cannot offer advice on the method you use to acquire a car but can give as much possible information about specific vehicle as much you want. Depending on the country, you may not be able to import some car models.

A. No, we don't give any warranty, but we disclose any interior/exterior damage, mileage and exact translation from the inspector report and commonly such a report will help you understand the condition of the car you are buying.

A. Shipping time estimates vary greatly depending on the preparation of eport documents. We will keep you posted once your purchase is finalized and you will be notified regularly about the confirm date of shipment.

A. We have an agent program and accept applications from deserving customers who like to act as our representatives but the rules of business are still same except that we pay commissions on securing orders.

A. Satisfied customers are our most powerful sales force. That's why we will send you $100 for every customer* you send our way.

A. We have forwarders website to track and can also send prompt emails about ETA. In most of cases you can track your car while it's on its way to you much like you would track a package.

A. Only on following terms you can cancel or refuse the car. Order cancellations for vehicle purchased from Cars Auctions Online (before car is shipped) An absolutely necessary cancellation will be subjected to a penalty of about US$650 per unit, if the car price is below $13,000; If the car price is equal to or higher, an additional 10% penalty might be surcharged However the penalties can be relaxed for very popular brands but only after new customer or local auction has successfully purchased your cancelled vehicle In all cases, the buyer will be responsible for any losses incurred and we will stand on your side at all time.

A. We can only quote firm costs after a vehicle is purchased. We can put new tires on the vehicle, install spoilers, fix alloy wheels etc. at a price after the type and model of vehicle is determined. There may be an additional service charge depending on the vehicle and the amount of labor needed to remove some parts or accessories. Re-routing of such vehicles is done through our yard and for this reason extra land transport will be charged.
