Suzuki Jimny was introduced first in Japan in October 1977. The first model SJ20 was equipped with 800cc. It is a real jeep with part-time 4wd function. It has a ladder frame with 3-link rigid axle suspension. This rigid axle suspension directly connects the left and right wheels and ensure excellent ground grip and a large ground clearance at uneven paths. Jimny has been around and making high performances in severe off-road tournaments. Part-time 4wd can be arbitrarily switched between (2H)2WD and (4H)4WD and 4L(Low speed 4WD with about twice the power of normal 4WD.

With so many jeep featured Jimny is commendable for it’s Hill Hold Control functions for ascend and descent on steep hills. The brake is automatically controlled to reduce the speed and realize constant speed driving. For optimizing the brake pedal and brake booster the newer versions are improved with Matariya’s drum brake., hence it exerts solid braking power.
