The base Import Duty ranges from 25% to 60% depending on the vehicle type and engine size. However, the final cost is calculated using the CIF Value (Cost + Insurance + Freight) plus additional statutory charges:

A standard 15% ABST is applied to the Total Landed Cost.

CUSTOMS SERVICE CHARGE (CSC)
A 10% fee is charged on the CIF Value (Cost, Insurance, Freight) of the vehicle. This charge supports customs processing and port operations.
ENVIRONMENTAL LEVY
A mandatory environmental fee is levied on all imported vehicles. The amount depends on the vehicle’s age and is waived based on age. Vehicle Age-Levy Amount (Eastern Caribbean Dollars)
