A Progressive Surcharge (2-3.5% of hammer value) applies to higher-value vehicles. This is passed through at cost and itemized on your Proforma Invoice.

Progressive Surcharges

To balance structural export compliance risk, a value surcharge applies: 2.0% for hammer values between 1.0M JPY and 3.0M JPY; 3.5% for units exceeding 3.0M JPY.

Ocean Freight Terms

Ocean freight rates fluctuate based on global transit carrier indexes. Freight is billed at direct net cost determined by shipping lines and prepaid in Japan prior to departure.

Pre-Export Inspections

Target country specific inspection protocols (e.g., JEVIC, QISJ, EAA) or custom mechanical decontamination wash requirements are quoted and managed independently case-by-case.

Payment Protocols
