Plan A: 2 Installments
Best for: Container shipments or specific quotes.
- Car Selection: Review high-quality photos and the auction condition sheet. Send us your feedback for approval.
- Initial Deposit: After receiving your Proforma Invoice, pay a 30% deposit via bank transfer to our Japan account.
- Documentation: We issue a final invoice with agreed terms. The car is prepared for export and moved to the yard.
- Shipping: The vessel departs Japan. We receive the Bill of Lading (BL).
- Balance Payment: Pay the remaining 70% within 3 working days after the BL is issued.
- Document Release: Once the bank confirms payment, we courier the original BL to you for local customs clearance.
Plan B: 3 Installments
Best for: Sourcing from Japanese auctions.
- Commitment Deposit: Pay 10% (minimum $500) to authorize us to bid on your behalf at major auctions.
- Auction Selection: We provide photos and condition sheets for your feedback. We then lock the car for bidding at auctions like USS, TAA, or JU.
- Success Invoice: If the bid is won, we send a purchase invoice. You pay an additional 30% by wire transfer.
- Export Prep: We confirm payment and transport the vehicle to the port for customs and container loading.
- Final Payment: Pay the remaining 60% within 3 working days after the ship departs and the BL is issued.
- Document Release: We send you the original BL and export documents to release the car at your port.

- Zero-Stock Policy: Every vehicle is sourced after your deposit is confirmed. We do not keep physical stock.
- Payment Before Release: 100% payment is required before documents are released. We do not offer “Pay on Arrival” inspections.
- Quality Guarantee: Every car undergoes a 100-point pre-inspection before the bid or sale is finalized.
- Fraud Security: To prevent fraud, refunds are only issued to the original remitter’s account.
Payment & Bank Rules
- Bank Fees: All international transfer and intermediary bank fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Payment Reference: To ensure immediate shipment, you must include your Invoice Number in the transfer memo.
- Accepted Methods: We only accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) to Mizuho Bank, Japan. We do not accept L/C or third-party agents.
