To balance structural export compliance risk, a value surcharge applies: 2.0% for hammer values between 1.0M JPY and 3.0M JPY; 3.5% for units exceeding 3.0M JPY.
Ocean freight rates fluctuate based on global transit carrier indexes. Freight is billed at direct net cost determined by shipping lines and prepaid in Japan prior to departure.
Target country specific inspection protocols (e.g., JEVIC, QISJ, EAA) or custom mechanical decontamination wash requirements are quoted and managed independently case-by-case.
All invoicing settlements are securely processed via Bank Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Verifiable advance deposits are required to activate live auction bidding lines.

🚚 Where Our Service Ends (FOB / CIF Rules)
Our job is complete when the ship departs Japan (FOB) or arrives at your port (CIF). We provide clean port-to-port shipping, not home delivery.
- Ship from main Japan ports (Yokohama, Nagoya, Kobe).
- Send your official shipping papers (Bill of Lading) fast.
- Provide the vessel tracking name and arrival date schedules.
- Clear the vehicle through your local customs office.
- Pay your local import taxes and destination port duties.
- Pick up the vehicle from the arrival port (or hire a broker).
